Balloon & Jeep Safari
This one has it all! Your action packed morning in Arizona combines our two most popular outdoor activities: balloon flights and Jeep tours. The fun starts right at the front door when you are picked up in a 4 x 4 vehicle specially equipped for the desert. Your driver/guide will entertain you along the way with tall tales and true stories of Arizona.

While you are "headin" out to the desert by Jeep, the balloon pilot and crew are using a 4X4 truck to take the balloon equipment out to the launch site. Using four-wheel drive vehicles we can select unique take-off and landing places that provide the most beautiful flight possible each day. You will experience the best of the Sonoran desert from the sky above and on the desert floor.

At the awards ceremony, the pilot serves champagne in glass stemware. On our way out of the desert enjoy a breakfast basket of goodies. We take Jeep roads across arroyos and sandy creek beds to view abandoned mine sites or visit water holes to look for desert wildlife. As the morning warms, the Jeep top will come off for an open-air view of the desert. After the sunset flights, we sometimes see coyotes or other wildlife in the powerful driving lights of the vehicles. Friends or family members who do not wish to fly in the balloon are welcome to join in the fun of the Jeep and food portion of the activity for a partial charge. $185/person 1 to 1½ hour flight, champagne celebration, first flight certificate, flight video and 4 x4 transportation from major hotels. Dawn flights available during the winter months. Total activity time 4 hours. (4 to 10 persons per basket).

Desert Jeep Tours
The Sonoran Desert is a "living desert" with unique animal and plant life seen nowhere else in the world. On our four-hour desert tour you will learn about the desert plants and how they were used by the Native Americans to provide their food needs in a seemingly inhospitable environment. Travel up rugged desert roads to a fabulous view of the mountains and flaming desert sunsets. Learn about the 150 year old Saguaro Cactus and the "Jumping Cholla". Take the opportunity to try your skills with a western "six shooter" under the supervision of your guide. This is a "wild west" experience that can’t be duplicated anywhere else in the world. $85/person Available daily. Total activity time 4 hours.

Jeep/Hike Eco Tours
The Phoenix area was inhabited as early as 10,000 BC. We will see Petroglyphs left by pre historic man and Native Americans. Learn how these ancients survived in a desert environment. In 1000 BC irrigation ditches were constructed from the Salt River to provide water to agricultural fields in the Valley. You will travel by 4-wheel drive Jeep and on foot to explore these ancient sites. Your guide will be from our professional team, which includes a naturalist, ecologist, historian, and geologist. $90/person Available daily. Total activity time 4 hours.

Children Pricing available on the Desert & Eco Jeep tours if child is accompanied by their parent: 12 yrs & under half the adult price.

Desert Jeep and Horseback Ride
The fun starts at the hotel when our friendly Jeep driver picks you up. We travel through the desert in our custom 4x4 Jeep while the driver provides an entertaining narrative about the desert cacti and the settling of the West. All the excitement of a Jeep tour plus an up close look at the desert from the back of a well-trained western cow pony. $115/person Available daily. Four hours total time with a 1-hour horseback ride.
