Reservation and Cancellation policy

Depending on the time of the year, the time of day or other unforeseen circumstances, we are not always able to offer all tours every day. All tours require a minimum number of guests. We will make every effort to accomodate all guests, but may ask for some flexibility on your part by having alternate days/times available.

Any and all purchases made on a sale item, special rate, Gift Certificate or other than full retail purchase is NON REFUNDABLE.

All trips except for white water rafting are paid for and confirmed 48 hours prior to activity date and time. Trips are non refundable with-in that time. In addition a $10.00 per person rerservation fee will be charged for all balloon flights. This fee is non refundable regardless of flight outcome.
