You gave an excellent tour to a couple of newlyweds from Texas in mid November and we really enjoyed the experience. You did an excellent job providing us with a safe trip thru some beautiful country, while giving lots of neat information about the history and culture of the area. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you again and Adventures Out West for a wonderful experience.

Hello!

I just wanted to say thank you for arranging our group to have the van tour and to tell you how wonderful Bill was with our crazy group. He was very patient as we dawdled and took pictures and was an awesome tour guide pointing out all the interesting sites and telling us facts and stories about the area.

We would like to thank you and commend our tour guide for the excellent job that he did on our tour. He was knowledgeable on the history of the area, that he held our interest throughout the tour. He could answer our questions on the trees and flowers that were at each altitude. And he was friendly and a perfect cowboy gentleman. Yahoo!

I think the little cork balloon you gave my daughter is her prized souvenir of our trip to AZ. She's shown everyone she's seen since we've been home. We received our video tape in the mail today. This was our first trip to Arizona and we both agreed the hot air balloon trip was the highlight of the trip.

We just wanted to send you a quick note, thanking you and Unicorn balloons for providing an excellent Hot Air ballooning experience! Our Value Drug Mart group, Monday, January 20th enjoyed their flights immensely!

Some of the group had experienced Hot Air ballooning in another destination and said this experience far exceeded anything they experienced before. It was well worth rising early and having the opportunity to take part in this adventure.

I wanted to thank you again for a beautiful balloon ride and experience. I have done a lot of things in my life, but that was my "high" point. Two weeks before I even knew I was going to get a ride, I put up balloon decorations in my kitchen - I must be psycho!!! :)

Dear Sirs:

Recently, I have gotten video editing software that has allowed me to put our video together of our two-week Colorado vacation last summer. We had an amazing time with all that Colorado has to offer (including the scary wild fires that had us on evactuation stand-by in Woodland Park where we were camped.) We camped, hiked, played golf and went river rafting.

The hot air balloon ride ranks at the top of our list of memories of our Colroado adventure. I thought you might like to share it.

The format is a S-VCD and should Play in most DVD players. Thank you for a wonderful memory.

I do not have an E-mail address, I send this mail from my son-in-law. If we would come back to Scottsdale we will go ballooning again with you. Dear President:

My wife and I had the pleasure of taking your hot air balloon ride experience in Phoenix last Sunday morning. There were many hot air balloon companies present at the launch site. I just wanted to write to let you know that your company and your employees appeared to be the most professional and personable out there. The staff was well dressed and very polite, the chase vehicles were clean and comfortable, and the balloons appeared to be first quality. I am an ex-FAA employee, and I must admit that I had some reservations about this before hand. But your crew and equipment quickly erased those reservations. The pilot, John, was very professional and very personable, and gave us a lot of information about the mechanics and science of this type of flight, as well as the local geography. The continental breakfast was excellent, and along with the presentation of the certificates, was a fitting way to end a very enjoyable experience.

I know in this day and business climate, companies usually only get letters of complaint. However, I feel that letters of the other kind are also very important to keep business owners appraised of the good things happening within their companies. Please commend John and all the staff for their professionalism and courtesy, and for helping us make a great memory! We won't hesitate to recommend your company to our friends.
